URL link from TSPS console on registration id to ProactivePack event registration dda entry

Like the link on the incident id to remedy ticket it would make sense to have a link on the registration id entry in TSPS console to refer direct to the dda entry in event registration table in Proactive Pack.

The ability to open the "view" on a DDA on a preset search string is available.
