API to modify a Blackout

HI,

API are available to add or remove a blackout but not to modify one.

We use API to set a long blackout before Patching and at the end of the Patching we want to modify the blackout and set it's end to Now +30 min in order to let the App/Sever being OK in before the Blackout end.
