Option to create Subfolders

Implemented as part of V3.4 (V3.3 patch 4).
Attention (this is documented) : if you reorganize existing queries using folders, make sure to accordingly update reports and dashboards that use those queries.

If there are alot of Queries, it would be nice to sort them in different folders.
