You can hide (disable) the menus for language and timezone selection in the top banner of ProactivePack.
As an authorized administrator, navigate to ProactivePack Administration -> Modules -> Global and click on "edit".
Set the parameters HideTZMenu and HideLangMenu to "yes", and save.
