In order to upgrade your ProactivePack version you need to follow below steps:
1) Backup current installation 2)Unpack the new version to new folder 3) Copy files and directories: $PRODUCT_HOME/data (Product generated data ) $PRODUCT_HOME /config/custom (Custom configuration files ) $PRODUCT_HOME /security (User & group settings ) $PRODUCT_HOME/product.lic (Product license file) $PRODUCT_HOME/Tools/etc (LDAP integration configuration) 4)Change web server document root to new directory
